LCL needed more than individual online courses. It required a connected learning environment where employees could access relevant training, complete assessments and receive certification, while giving administrators clear visibility into participation, progress and outstanding training.
CES transforms LCL’s source material into structured, practical learning experiences. We simplify complex information and develop detailed storyboards for review by LCL’s subject matter experts before building interactive Articulate Storyline and Rise modules. Process demonstrations, workplace scenarios, knowledge checks, audio and animation help employees understand how the content applies to their work.
We customise and manage the learning management system to support LCL’s internal training requirements, with access controlled through approved employee accounts. Our service includes account creation, learner grouping, enrolment and course assignment, helping employees access training relevant to their roles and responsibilities. Completed courses are published and tested to check navigation, interactions, assessments and progress tracking.
The learning journey connects course access, interactive training, assessment and certification in one environment. LMS reporting gives LCL visibility into employee progress, assessment results and course completion. Automated certificates can be issued once employees meet the required completion criteria, reducing manual administration and providing a record of successful training.
